I believe Yahoo has a phone # search. To get the name (if he's the manager of the resteraunt) just call and ask what the manager's name is. Im sure they'l tell you.
I just have one question, If this is someone in your town, why don't you just get his adress and phone # from the phonebook whitepage as PZEROFGH said?
