I can tell you that, that website with the specs of the X-Box and the PS2 and GC is totally pro x-box. Nintendo and PS2's dont base their hardware with American products, they have their own and since they do they have their speeds equal to that of the X-Box.

If u look how do u think the polygon performance of teh gc adn xbox compare? from that you would think the xbox is like 20times more powerful??? obvioulsy that not how it is becuase the ps2 and xbox number arae for precessing a black screen whereas the GC is with full textures and lighting and the rest of it. but that shows u how weak the ps2 is aswel 
back on topic the xbox is simply a low end pc and all the consoles are (with the ps2 and gc not havin a HDD) but none of them have to have windows or any other os running in the background that why they can push alot bette performance out of them. also most games run at 640x480 which if u run any recent card at that resolution it will look half decent.
Roll on the next generation where the MICROSOFT xbox is gonna be based on a apple mac
