World at War Patching issues

I recently reinstalled call of duty World at war and can't play any of the new servers, only the CodWaw Dedicated ones. I previously ran all of the update patches 1.1-1.7, whenever I try to isntall the updates it says that they are already installed. When I uninstalled CodWaw i made sure there were no CoD registry keys and deleted all folders associated with the install. If I could get some feedback on this issue it would be greatly appreciated, or maybe just point me to the right thread. I can't seem to find any way to resolve this issue.
