Over the past 30 days or so, I had installed my old TV tuner card and windvr capturing software. whenever I would watch tv on my pc I would leave it on for my dog when I was at work or when I am asleep.
When it's on for more than a hour and screen saver pop's and takes over I will hear my pc reboot at least twice at night.
I just got my ati video card last night, tested it out and it's working great but it has the same problem like my old tv tuner card: "leave me on for too long and I will crash and reboot".
This problem has been bugging me for the longest and I can't afford to have a crash that will kill windows and take my files with it.
Is there someway I can fix this before something else happens ?
I will uninstall my old TV tuner card or disable it via device manager, if it's not the hardware can it be software related ?
