Windows freezes when coming out of standby

he doesnt have XP does he?
My computer cant use stand-by either and i have XP home edition and when i fixed that problem provided in the link, IT WORKED. Thanks

i got the hotfix but it didnt work, and YES i DO HAVE WINDOWS XP, but my computer was designed for ME.
