i doubt it will get you playable FPS, even at the lowest settings. but it's worth a shot.

I really need to build another budget build, i miss gaming

if you intend on playing gta iv on it then make sure it has a quad core CPU, any of them really. cause GTA IV is extremely CPU dependent.
