white desktop background

[BALDII]

had a problem with my pc running slow, but also my desktop was acting wierd it fluctuated between a white background and a black background. the black background carried a message saying i was infected and carried a link to antivirus gold. i eventually managed to delete the black backround it was running from a program called hookdump.exe. but, i still have a white backgound and cannot change my desktop picture. heres my log
