What's the point of Control Panel in WIn10???

So in a way, Defender is just MSE, repackaged from the sounds of it, since Win8.x and up? I am sure they have changed it a good bit in Win10 though. That aside, I don't think MSE is available at all for XP/Vista what so ever anymore.

They also upgraded the scanning engine somewhat from MSE when they integrated it into Defender.
