whats the best wireless router for my laptop

Do you mean a wireless router or wireless adapter?

Any router with wireless capability will work with your laptop. For a router, I would recommend the Netgear WNDR3700. I and 3 friends own the same. Nothing but greatness.

As for adapter, your laptop should have one included.
