Do not buy an OCZ SSD. Horrible reliability and quality. Also, get 1600MHz RAM, cheaper and there is no difference. When you get the extra 8GB I suggest taking and leaving the current 4 out. AMD has a weak IMC and 4 sticks have a high possibility of giving off BSOD or random crashes.
With 400 dollars your best bet would be a GTX 670.
You're such a boss, thanks for the help.
Would you recommend this Samsung over OCZ as far as SSD's? So you think a gpu would be a best bet for an upgrade as opposed to cpu/mobo, correct? And, just to make sure, the GTX 670 is compatible with my current mobo? (I fail to understand what makes components compatible with each other)
Do you have an opinion on this graphics card?
I think the new ram will work wonders because with firefox, next-gen games and itunes simultaneously I am typically upwards of 75% physical memory.
