Running at 1024x768@75Hz

Its running at 100Hz now.

Thanks for all the help. I decided to go with the Samsung 712N as got a good deal from circutcity $250. It seems to be working good, no ghosting, no dead pixels and alot better than the old compaq crt I was using. So much brighter.

My monitor has a slot mask (aperture grille), so it has a striped dot pitch. Its 0.25mm.

max refresh rate: I dunno, my TNT2 doesn't go as high as the monitor

my typical resolution is 2048x1536 also, my TNT2 can do that at 60HZ

I use a fairly old Dell D122H6 19" CRT monitor for my gaming, it's probably at least 3 or 4 years old now, but it's a really great monitor that has served me well over the years.
