What is sysvideo32.dll? Is this IE defende in Hiding

I have IE defender problem - trojan.win32.agent.akk. Despite all attempts to fix via spyware, websites, help forums, I can't fix it. Ran safe mode and found a suspicious file : sysvideo32.dll. Is this part of the IE defender hijack problem? I deleted it and am hoping this works after I rescan and reboot.

Probel I have is when running IE under Windows XP home desktop, I get critical error messages to download IE defender and also XXX Youtube video on my Google search results for any topic.
