Weird Xbox Ring lights ?

Hello, this is a strange problem.. im not sure if its the controller but i doubt that as it doesnt disconnect or anything like that.

then sometimes it will go back and forth in a different place on the Xbox ring status thing.. ?

the console isnt picking up if its upright or leaning horizontal, mine does the same thing.

Hmm i suppose the orientation sensor is somewhat faulty then :/ ahh well xD
