weird frame thing in flash/videos

Hey,
Recently this really annoying frame was added to all the videos/ flashes I view online. To click play in a movie requires 2 clicks, not one, because there's this annoying frame surrounding the video.

Is there any way to get rid of it? It was somehow implemented recently.

I installed it there. It's a mod, not a virus.

About my question, does anyone know how to solve it? Annoying frame around all flashes, videos.
