want to which IPs are browsing

hi,

we have cisco router, nortel's core switch, firewall and end web switches. i am facing a problem that when i run eathreal then i get a list of all IPs which are connected. is there any method using any tool which can tell me these IPs are browsing the net and rest are busy in their internal activities
