vista biz or ultimate?

I'm trying to decided between Vista Business x64 and Vista Ultimate x64.

The only real difference between the two is Ultimate includes Media Center, Movie Maker and DVD Creator. Plus the "Ultimate Extras"

Are these applications useful? I don't predict ever needing Movie Maker and DVD Creator. I doubt I would use Media Center, as my photo editing and viewing is done in separate apps. And what the heck are the Ultimate Extras?

BTW, cost is not an issue.

Business. Ultimate is not worth it. If you are not going to use the MEdia Center than go for business.

The Ultimate Extras as a couple new games, 2 new sound schemes (Which can be found on the net anyways), and some new Dreamscenes which is part of Ultimate.

I have Ultimate and i can say that out of all the extras i use just 1 of the sound schemes.
