Video Card help

Hey people looking for some help here.
I'm trying to update my graphics driver as when im trying to run games big blocks and lines come up everywhere.
Anyways when I go to the nvidia site I get the correct drive, download and install.
But after the reboot my system acts as though there is no drive installed (like after a fresh install) anyways when go into device manage and look at the video card there is a yellow ! and after clicking on properties it says device can not start (code 10).

Can anyone help me with this or maybe even let me know where to get the drive pervious to the current release?
Any help welcomed

Use the Advanced Driver Search at Nvidia. It's labeled Beta/Archived Drivers

The big blocks and lines could be a symptom of a hardware malfunction as could the message "device can not start (code 10)"

Here is the latest driver for vista x64

GeForce Release 182

Make sure and uninstall the original driver. Restart computer and then install the new one.

You might have to break down and buy a new video card.
