It is really nessesary to opening up a port in uTorrent? I ask this because I get the same speed with other computer that are not ported.

Hello,

If your software or hardware firewall is blocking the necessary ports required by uTorrent, causing connections issues, then yes you will need to open and forward those ports.

Most routers on the market today support uPnP, which when combined with programs which support uPnP, eliminates the need of having to open up and forward ports manually.

Yeah, just verify that your router supports UPnP (and is enabled on the router) and you should be fine. If it doesn't, set utorrent to use a specific port instead of being random every time it starts up. Then forward that port with your router to your computer.
