I put that^ ...(with brackets of course), on my sig, and it still doesnt show up.....What am I doing wrong?

Is my signiture too big? I don't know the size because it's two seperate pictures. If it is ill remove one straight away

Way too big. If you were to just use one of those images it'd still be too big. Max dimensions are 468px x 120px.
