For WinXP and up
Simple app. TransTaskBar. you can change your taskbar's translucancy from 0 (invisible) to 255 (opaque). You can only do < 25 if you use the CLI version , that is DOS command.
The UI is more what your standard windows user will use though. The CLI version works like this.
TTB < # between 0 to 255>
so it would be
TTB 180
for a 180 transparency .
This make it ad a good "add-on" to people's programs.
Unlike how most will just change the translucency of just the task bar, this gets the task bar and the start menu, so that they both are faded. this is a good app to have if you dont have AERO on vista/7, or if you on WinXP.
Command line version was made to be as an add-on to Sami's excellent eyecandy app.
