To SLI or not....

Can you tell me more about the SLI (hack) you mentioned in your first post. Both of the 890GX boards i'm looking at have 2 pci-e 16x slots, are you saying these would both work for SLI 16x per slot? I picked up another 9800gtx+ for a great price so i'm gonna run SLI, at least until i can come up with a bit more money!

Sure i can. To give you an idea of how it works, is the SLI hack uses a simple Windows "trick" to make it think you have a different chipset. For instance on my Asus 790FX board the hack made Windows 7 think i had an Asus X58 board. Now when i did this the hack was still fairly new with a 50/50 success rate. According to the makers they have been able to achieve success on virtually all boards because its so easy to do now.
