Wow, yeah, that's a really good case, so that's $90 off the list, and the hard drives take off another $75, so its a total of $853. With a 8800GTX ($659), it'll take it to $1232. Can you stretch your budget to that?
I don't trust your old PSU though, so get the Forton, don't drop that.

Hiper 480W - $56.
Enermax 460W - $70.
Thermaltake 430W - $39.
