Suse Resolution Error

Ok I gave up debian because of wireless errors, and switched to Suse.
I have isntalled it correctly but I am expirancing a slight error. My screen is way way to small and the resolution tab does nothing to fix it. Any ideas?

Im running a IBM Thinkpad R52.

I use ubuntu so i cant give you step by step instructions on how to fix your problem. But in general all you have to do is update your video cards.

Hopefully you can google around for a guide on the matter
