Edit: Hm... for some reason it wont let me boot at 3.2GHz, I get the Blue Screen. I know I was able to boot at that time but my scores on the graphics went down. I think it was affecting my graphics card or something.
Edit: I tried different voltages and all that stuff, but still wouldnt boot. Not sure whats wrong I changed the Multiplier to 8 x 400MHz FSB but the BIOS during POST it shows 3.6GHz instead of 3.2GHz, maybe it doesnt know that I changed the multiplier to 8. Its Unlocked so not sure whats wrong with it.
But ye, grr, cant OC my Q6600. Oh well, its good enough anyway, I think. I do know that I was able to boot it at 3.2GHz cuz I did a Benchmark with it on Everest.
In fact here are my Everest Scores.... for the Q6600

On the Memory Test, my OC'ed E6600 @ 3.2GHz scored higher than the Q6600 at 3.2GHz. But the CPU Test, the Q6600 @ 3.2GHz scored from 1.5~3 times faster than the E6600 @ 3.2GHz
