Yea, get something like this where you get paid cash, otherwise you'll get taxes taken out. At your age you'll get it all back at tax return time, but again, at your age, you don't want to deal with that. Do something where you get paid under the table (cash). My first job (so long ago) was working for a dairy farmer, I got paid $6 an hour, but it was cash, so it was equal to getting paid about $8 an hour with taxes taken out.
