I copied it from the special characters thing in windows but I don't know wich combination it is on my keyboard.

if you want any character from the keyboard hold down left alt and type its ascii code on the key pad
eg
left alt + 1,2,9 gives you ¨¹
left alt + 1,8,9 gives you ¨`

no worrys mate... i always forget that my keyboard has a calculator button and I end up going start>all programs>accessories>calculator... then once its open I see my special calculator button... and i go oops... then I do it all over again!!! Am just happy to be able to help for once!!!!
