Hey everyone,
As the title states, Im debating between the 2.
HIS Radeon X1950PRO 256MB 256-bit GDDR3
MSI NX8600GT Twin Turbo 8600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3
One of them will be retiring an old but very reliable 6600gt, in a spare rig. Been searching around and can get either of them for roughly $110 shipped, (bought all i can afford right now )
Facts I already Know:
*8600Gt is DX10, but with the 128bit wont stand a chance to play DX10
*From looking at Benchmarks The 1950pro gets about 5-8 FPS more.
*8600Gt has higher stock core, but the 1950 has 256bit memory
*Ones from ATI and the others from Nvidia (soooo tired, its 3 am.... and im bored!)
So would like to hear some of your opinions on the 2.
Thanks
