strange user account on my windows??

i was just attempting some cracks on my pc for fun and ran into this user account in my user accounts tab in control panel. the account doesn't show up when on the login screen only the admin account does. here is what it says. will it cause harm if i delete it ??? here we go

like i said i never created this or have no clue how this was or could have been created.

It gets automatically installed when you install .NET Framework.
