You'd need to either get a head shaped object and fill it with water, with 2 microphones in each ear, shaped like ours,
or 2, get mini microphones and put them in your own ear, which would simulate it a lot better.
You have more of a chance of getting a resulting surround sound from using the second method.
You wouldn't want to buy a real dummy head, as they cost a bit...
