Slow Connection

I won't go into detail I'll just get strait to the point.
I've got broadband unlimited and my Internet is goin at 15-25kbps.
Is there anyway I can boost my internet speed?

I have registry tweaks for broadband on my home page.,
That will boost your speed, but you also might have other problems.

I would also test it with different PC, so you can rule out windows. If you're etting a slwo speed with different pc too and you have no router between modem and your PC, then call your ISP. They might have issues on their network or you are not provisioned correctly in their system.

either too many people in your area are using the internet, or somebody is stealing your internet connection.

if you are downloading something, it also affects download speed alot
