Seems my email has been hijacked

Been receiving a lot of "Undeliverable" mail from the hotmail postmaster. I was googling forums on ways to stop this from occuring, and one referred me to Spyware Asylum, which referred me to Hijackthis and to post this information on here. Windows x64 4GB running an HP d870 Laptop with lots of fancy buttons. I also normally boot up with a lot of processes that i manually shut down but turn back on if i need them, such as Western Digital SmartDrive tech that uses more mem than windows. Whatevs, most of this looks legit, 'cept maybe Conduit Engine and "tbhelper.dll." I'm sure none of this has to do with my email getting spoofed by spammers, though.

Alright i can see that you got 2 tool bars that are infecting you. First is the Search Toolbar and the other is the BitTorrent Toolbar. They need to be removed.
