sorry to be a spoil sport but we can't allow discussion of ROMs and where to find them, it's illegal. you're on your own as far as finding ROMs, we can't stop you, however we can not help. you'll find most forums won't allow discussion of ROMs.

emulators on the other hand, for the most part are legal so in my opinion the best ones are:

ZSNES and Project 64 (SNES and N64)
