Replacing COAX-cable with UTP-cable (Ethernet)

I've had a COAX cable from my room to the first floor but I have actually never really used it.

I'd want to replace this cable with a UTP cable so that I have fast internet in my room. (Ethernet)

Who could replace this for me? What kinda business or handyman could do this?
