Recommended soundcard for vinyl to pc?

I've seen a few topics about soundcards but, in general, they weren't as much about recording from vinyl to pc. I'm a DJ and play out at clubs. I'd like to encode them for when I use Serato Scratch Live. Any recommendations?

Not sure what you are asking for? I am assuming you want to transfer LP's to MP3 or wave? More info would be a big help!!

Yes I'm tryin to record records to PC in either WAV or MP3 format. I can do it now but I'm looking for a soundcard that will give me the best quality sound. Maybe even RCA inputs in it instead of 1/8th inch. I use Serato a lot and want to encode my records into either WAV or MP3.

That is all you need. Your record player RCA into the May 44 and recorded to audacity. You can then convert any of those files to MP3 or PCM wave.

wet those scracthy records before you play them. the major said the soap work too.
