If you mistakenly send a message to a co-worker who uses Exchange and want to delete it before she reads it, there is a feature in Exchange which can enable you to do this if the person has not already read the message or moved it from her Inbox. This is only available from the Outlook client, not the Outlook Web Access client.
To do this, take the following steps
If the Folder List is not visible, click the View menu, and then click Folder List.
Click the Sent Items folder
Open the message you want to recall.
Select Actions-Recall This Message
You will see the following dialog box
The default options will delete the message you sent when possible. If you select the second option, you will be given the opportunity to type a new message to replace the one recalled.
