Rate this gaming build (on a budget)

Also the board you suggested doesn't appear to be particularly stable. Do you think I would run into problems if I wanted to overclock this setup?

Wasn't really a reliable source now that I look back at it, but wanted to check anyways.

I think I am just going to grab a 4850, thanks for all your help everyone.

Any suggestions for cooling if I decide to overclock this system? And will my PSU be able to handle it?
 
here's a couple of good coolers...I recommend the Sunbeam as will most people.
I actually own the Zerotherm and easily overclock my e8400 to 4.23 ghz very rarely going over 40 degrees C. / 50 C. under heavy load.
