I always have to think, lock the buggers up.

I keep thinking abuot my island prison.

Take them to ascention Isle (halfway between UK and Falkland isles if your interested), thats basically a rock in the ocean. Each prisoner is given a Nail File and told when they given the guards x bags of sand (depending on their sentence) and returned their used nail file they may go free.
