Questions on setting up large wireless network.

I would like my cafe to have wireless networking, but people on the outside keep getting in and messing things up without buying anything. I have a few ideas, all including different codes for different people. One random one was using metal numbers to burn peoples codes into their donuts, I need a way to enter codes that can be used, and a home page to have people enter their recieved codes to access the wireless network. If you need clarification just ask. Let me know of any tutorials on setting somthing like this up if you can, thanks.

An example would be like T-Mobile hotstpots, when you connect, it shows their page, but wont let you though to any other untill you enter your user info.
