Question about Madden 08

I've been playing Madden 08 on the Wii. It really makes me mad that about 30% of the time when I hit whatever direction I want to throw the ball, it will throw to a different receiver. Doesn't seem to matter which I choose, it will throw to a random guy. And for this reason I throw a LOT of INT's. Anybody else have this problem? I am playing franchise mode if that matters.

Pretty sure I wouldn't last 2 minutes playing Madden on a Wii... good luck with that.

That's a game you need buttons for.
