PS3 Deactivation Help!

I accidentally deleted my psn account from my ps3, but then I signed in on another user, on the same PS3. But now two ps3s show up, which is one ps3.... how do I erase the other one?

It doesn't show the user name under each of the accounts? Once you figure out which is which you should be able to delete the one you aren't using in the settings.
