proxy ports?

This might be the wrong section to be asking this ? but while I am at work, some of the sites I need/require access to are blocked by firewall. Does anyone know of a reliable proxy IP and port? or of a site that boast a reliable list of them? thanks.

It'll generally be a bit more difficult if your machine is already requires access to the Internet via a proxy server.
