problem playing Far Cry 2 online

I am having trouble playing online. Whenever I try to join a game, punkbuster kicks me and says no packet flow. What do I need to do?

try updating punkbuster:
PunkBuster Online Countermeasures

i always use the one thats in the first paragraph called pbsetup.
