Ok, I have a laptop that I just reformatted and I'm trying to set it back up on the network. After reinstalling all the drivers and everything I ran the network wizard to connect it to the workgroup. However, after running the wizard the laptop still wouldnt' connect to the workgroup. I tried running the wizard again to make sure that the workgroup name was correct, and it was. I've tried changing the name back to the default and then to the workgroup name but it still won't let me access the network. I can still access the internet and get email, I just can't connect to the other computers or the server in the workgroup. I'm running windows 2000 on the laptop and the other computers and windows 2000 server on the server. I keep getting an error that tells me that the workgroup "is not accessible".
