There was an electrician in the house, who cut the power temporarily. After the power came back on, my monitor will NOT turn back on. I tried the thing where you drain the static power (unplug from wall, hold down power button for 30 seconds) and nothing worked. It was on a surge protector, and everything else on the surge protector is functioning fine. Is there some fail safe that I don't know about? Or do you think something in the monitor was fried. I have 2 months left on my warranty, but obviously that doesn't cover shipping which I'm thinking will be at least 50 dollars to get it to them. Please help!
