a couple of things on my mind today

Tech forums still doesn't keep me logged in if I leave.

I am disappointed to hear that there is nothing new about the ipod touch 3rd gen that the 2nd gen can't have with a software update. And what is this I hear about no 16 gb version? on the apple site it goes 8gb, 32gb, 64gb. I was really hoping that it would have a camera like the new nano. I'm really in the market for something new since my 1st gen is a little beaten up now.

Anyone know if zune HD is coming to canada at the same time as the US?

Well, my daughter's car died on her tonight. It looks like it threw a piston, busting a hole in the block. Thankfully my mom has an extra vehicle, a 94 LeSabre (not 100% on the year), that she is letting her use until my daughter can get another car.

She did good about not letting it get her all upset. I told her that she wasn't the first one it has happened to as I have had two car blow up in similar fashion.

I'm not dissapointed at all. I have the 2nd gen and am actually happy the 3rd gen isn't much better. If it would have had the camera I would have been ****ed, but thats why I carry my 10mp samsung everywhere lol...


on another note (my cellphone issue) I managed to weasel myself a free env2 from verizon, no strings attached. no contract extention, no cash, no warranty, didn't use the new-every-2 credit, they are replacing my now discontinued razr with it heh...

The reason I got away with it so easy, is apparently the sales reps only make commision on NEW customers getting new plans or old ones getting different plans. they dont make squat on warranty stuff. lol
