At the top you have admins, which are dave larry and trotter.

Then you have the smods jorsoft, mak, saxon... then us regular run of the mill mods.

In terms of rank i see it as:

Owner (Larry) = General
Admin = Colonels (like Sherman Potter)
Smods = Majors (like Frank Burns and Charles Emerson Winchester)
Mods = Captains (like Hawkeye and Trapper John)
Everybody Else = Privates ( a mess or Radars and Klingers)
