POST OK, Cannot Install Windows/Ubuntu

it looks to be lacking in the thermal paste department.

Probably due to the (hypothesized) improper installation.

try the Artic Freezer 7 Pro first. it that don't work, take it back (mobo and cpu).

I'm going to order one tomorrow. I hope I don't have to send it back. Do I go through NewEgg or through manufacturer? Will they be good about returns?

was the cpu already installed in the mobo or did you put it in? is that a burn mark on your processor?

I put it in, and dear god I hope not.
