The board I have is a P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe. Does anyone know if this board had lot's of problems?

EDIT: For the P5E, what does "Open Box" and the lack of reviews/manufacturer info/etc. mean?
Is it because the box was literally opened and returned?

Ehm...Yea...'Just read up on their whole Open Box Policy...I'm not liking the 15-day return policy. So that means I'd probably be paying $230 anyway.
