i use photobucket to transfer pictures. why is it when i post pics on a forum, sometimes they can be enlarged when you put the cursor over the picture. a + sign shows up and when you click it, the picture enlarges the and sometimes even brings it into focus a little better, and other times i'm stuck with the one picture. all the pics come from the same batch on photobucket.

It usually does that for bandwidth. Dial-up customers don't want this huge picture slowing down their already slow connection. There isn't a way to disable that. However, i have only seen that with ImageShack, not photobucket.

IE resizes the image to fit on the screen. The little icon in the corner makes the image its real size.

There is a way to disable that setting, if you want to....

Open Internet Explorer
Tools -> Internet Options
Advanced tab -> Scroll down to "Multimedia"
Uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing"
