Sorry but there is absolutely no way we can even begin to tell you why it is happening or how to fix it. We have no idea what you have running on your system software wise, we have no idea if you have all the latest drivers on your system, we have no idea if you have all the latest updates, we have no idea if you have scanned for infections, we have no idea about anything on your system. There is no way in the world we could even begin to diagnose an issue like this with such little information.
Have you done any checks for some of the stuff stated above? Drivers, infections, updates? Have you checked if you have any rogue processes running? Have you run MemTest86+?
Just saying it didnt use to do this and it is now is like me asking you to fix my car without telling you what make and model it is or what is wrong with it.
